Every Cocoon Modern piece arrives via white-glove delivery, free, anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. We don't run shipping promotions because we don't need to: free delivery is the standard.
Lead Times by Fabric

| Fabric Swatch | 3-5 business days | Ships from our 3PL the next day. |
Add 7-10 business days from ship date for white-glove scheduling and delivery.
What's Included in White-Glove
- Two-person delivery team
- Carry to the room of your choice
- Full assembly (less than 15 minutes for a sectional)
- Removal of all packaging materials
- Walk-through of fabric care and warranty

How the Timeline Works
- Order placed — immediate confirmation email.
- Production starts (Belgian Linen / Velvet only) — you'll get a notification when fabric is cut.
- Quality check & pack-out — every piece is inspected before it leaves the factory.
- Ships to our Dallas 3PL — from there it dispatches to your regional white-glove partner.
- White-glove team contacts you — you pick a 4-hour delivery window.
- Delivery day — two-person team arrives, assembles, removes packaging.

What If Something Goes Wrong?
Inspect your delivery before signing. If you see damage, refuse the piece or note it on the bill of lading. Then email hello@cocoonmodern.com with photos within 48 hours. We repair or replace at no cost.
